Established in 1998, the British Retail Consortium (BRC) accreditation is the gold standard marque of quality for the global food and beverage industry. UK retailers, including the large supermarkets, will only stock goods handled by BRC accredited suppliers.

An exacting audit

BRC auditors examine every aspect of operation including documentation, transport management, safe food handling, sanitation and staff training. The auditor not only approved Central Express’ BRC certification, but gave it an AA+ rating. As a result, Central Express is now the only wine transport company in NZ with BRC accreditation
